Motivational Interviewing (MI) Training

Strengthening Person-Centered Communication and Behavior Change

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is an evidence-based, person-centered approach to communication that helps people explore ambivalence, strengthen motivation, and move toward change. MI is practical, respectful, and useful anywhere conversations shape decisions, follow-through, and outcomes.

These trainings are skills-based and designed for immediate real-world application through demonstration, discussion, and guided practice.
