People are more
than a moment.
We make room for individual experiences without asking people to disclose personal stories. We value participation that respects choice, dignity and privacy.

About us
Thrive Together’s purpose is simple: make space for connection, make prevention education more approachable and help people find a useful next step.

Our mission
We’re developing a foundation centered on suicide prevention education and community connection.
Our ambition is to help people move from wanting to make a difference to understanding how they can participate responsibly—in their homes, teams and neighborhoods.
That means making room for different perspectives, drawing on established resources and being clear about what we can offer. We are not a crisis line, a clinical service or a replacement for professional care.

What guides us
We want the experience of this work to reflect its purpose: respectful, welcoming and grounded in the realities of people’s lives.
We make room for individual experiences without asking people to disclose personal stories. We value participation that respects choice, dignity and privacy.
We favor understandable information, relevant examples and clear boundaries. Learning should help people know what they can do—and when to seek additional support.
We distinguish plans from established programs, and training feedback from long-term outcomes. Transparency is a commitment we intend to carry into every stage of our work.

Community-led thinking
A meaningful program starts with the people it is meant to serve.
As the Foundation develops, we want to understand what makes learning accessible locally: when people can attend, what language is helpful, which services already exist and what support people want after an event.
Community participation should be purposeful, not symbolic. Our aim is to invite feedback early, explain how it will be used and make it possible to contribute without sharing private experiences.
Explore community leadership ↗Your part in what comes next
The Foundation’s formal volunteer and partnership opportunities are still being shaped. In the meantime, start with an existing resource, a learning opportunity or a conversation with your organization.
Explore where prevention education could fit in the spaces you already share. Consider who should be included in planning and what would help people participate.
See the community pathway ↗Review your existing support information and identify an appropriate contact for learning and wellbeing. Established PROSPER services are available to explore separately.
Contact PROSPER about its services ↗Get familiar with trusted support resources, read about prevention and choose a learning opportunity that suits your role. A thoughtful first step is enough to begin.
Start with trusted resources ↗A few important distinctions
