Our impact

Why the work matters.
What learning can show.

Better questions. Clearer learning goals. Honest reporting. We believe a prevention effort should be as thoughtful about its evidence as it is about its intentions.

Thrive Together Foundation

From care to capability

Good intentions deserve
practical skills.

A community’s commitment grows stronger when people have opportunities to learn, practice and understand the boundaries of their role.

We want education to feel useful beyond the classroom: in the questions people ask, the resources they know and the way organizations support their teams.

Training feedback is one way to examine that learning. It is a starting point—not the whole story of prevention.

PROSPER · 2025 training results

Eight measures.
A clearer picture of learning.

The published results below report immediate post-training responses from three PROSPER cohorts. They belong to PROSPER, not to a completed Thrive Together Foundation program.

Reported learning across three cohorts

Each bar begins at zero and shows the lower end of the published percentage range. The label gives the full range. Select a skill area to explore the measures.

Reading the evidence responsibly

What these results mean.
And what they don’t.

A view of participant learning

Post-training responses can help a provider understand participants’ reported learning immediately after a course. The published ranges make differences across the three cohorts visible.

They can inform questions about course content and future evaluation. They should be read in the context of the original survey and the people who completed it.

Not a claim of lives saved

Immediate feedback does not, on its own, show long-term skill retention, changes in practice or a reduction in suicide deaths. The chart does not establish those outcomes.

We have not presented these figures as Foundation results, combined them into an overall success rate or invented participant totals.

Looking ahead

Accountability is part
of the work.

As Foundation programs develop, these are the questions we want our evaluation approach to answer. They are evaluation priorities—not results already achieved.

Reach

Who is able to take part? Where are access barriers, and whose perspectives are still missing?

Learning

What did participants understand, practice and identify as needing more attention?

Application

What remains useful after the session? What gets in the way when people return to their roles?

Experience

Did people feel respected, able to participate and informed about where to find support?

The people behind the numbers

Measure carefully.
Listen closely.

Numbers help us ask better questions. They do not replace listening to the people and communities involved.

Our planned approach pairs clear learning goals with space for feedback, respect for privacy and a willingness to change what is not working. We want to report limitations alongside progress and keep people’s experiences at the center.
